Day 04 - Yoga X

Yoga was the perfect thing for today. I feel soooo much better than yesterday sore wise, and it will definitely let me recover a little bit so I can try to push harder tomorrow. Good job DVD planners!

Not so good a job Tiffany-Vanessa...we didn't realize it was an hour and a half, so we only did the first hour. Next time we'll be ready!

In other news, we have to watch the doggies closer when they are gated off in my room. They ate the BRAND NEW watch I just got in yesterday...sadface. It was a joint mischievous effort, I am sure, the rascals!

Wt: 124.5, morning in workout gear....the scale doesn't help at all does it?
Physical Status: much improved over yesterday, only sore around my quads
Mental Status: Good to go!
