Today began as Day 03 of P90X training. I'm sore from yesterday, and Monday, but I've been worse. I haven't decided if this is going to be a good pace or if I should push harder; no doubt I will have no choice but to push harder when we get our resistence bands in....no way they are lighter than soup cans :)
Tonight no big plans. Maybe walk around to stretch out. Hang out with the doggies :)
Wt: 128 lbs with my steel-toed boots and clothes on :P
Physical Status: Sore...kind of walk-hobbling, hehe
Mental Status: Excited about having muscles again in the future
